Christian Web Host domain customers must agree to the TOS that is contained at the ChristianWebHost.com website.
We want to provide the best possible service to our fellow Christians and to do so, we have to set forth some guidelines for everyone to follow.
These terms and conditions override any email, chat session, or contact of any kind with sales person or contact with any site owned by Christian Web Host, Inc. In this contract, it is understood that ILoveJesus.org is a service of Christian Web Host, Inc. and when ILoveJesus.org is mentioned it is understood that we are speaking also of Christian Web Host, Inc.
Our Statement of Faith
Your site must abide by the terms contained here in this agreement and agree to these points in our statement of faith:

*the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ, which is essential for personal salvation (and not through our works);
Content:
All services provided by ILoveJesus.org may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute without proper authorization. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ILoveJesus.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all sites hosted here. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. Christian Web Host, Inc. / ILoveJesus.org will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. If pornography is found on our server, the offending site will be deleted immediately with no warning.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason we consider appropriate. We also reserve the right to reveal any information we have about you if needed by authorities for suspected criminal activity or other reasons that are deemed necessary. We will not give any of your information to a third party for advertisements or emails.
Your site cannot promote demonic, occult, satanic, or anti-Christian values or beliefs; cannot *promote* pro-abortion views; cannot *promote* gay or lesbian lifestyles; cannot promote a distorted view of the Holy Bible. Not only can you not have offending material on your sites, but you cannot have links to any sites with offending material on them or material listed above. If links to any offending sites are found, we will ask you to remove them and if you do not comply, we will then have to remove your account from our server. The above listing is not complete by any means. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. decides what is offending to our family and we want everyone to abide by those rules. We have the complete right to ask anyone to leave for any offending reason at our discretion. At our discretion, access to our site(s) may be revoked at any time for abusive conduct on the system and/or the Internet and its resources as a whole.
E-mail Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, from our server(s), sending your url hosted here in an unsolicited email or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on a Christian Web Host, Inc. machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to delete your account immediately if you use one of our addresses for spam or mention your site on our server in your spam. If you are caught spamming with our domain, we also reserve the right to fine you an undetermined amount no less than $500 for damages to our company in any way.
Selling items on your site
You may use your site to sell items if you wish. BUT if you are caught sending out unsolicited email or spamming anyone in any way to promote it, your account will be canceled. Please read our policy on spam above. Your pages have to comply with the rest of these policy guidelines.
System and Network Security
Violations of the ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Christian Web Host, Inc. will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, but not limited to, the following:
Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any system or network without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Interference with service to any user including, but not limited to, mailbombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or a newsgroup posting.
Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to report illegal activities to any and all regulatory, administrative, and/or governmental authorities for prosecution.
IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Age.
The client must be 18 years of age to obtain our service, or have permission from your parents.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of ILoveJesus.com is strictly prohibited.
Newsgroups
Posting the same or similar message to one or more news groups (excessive cross-posting or multiple-posting, also known as "SPAM") with your website here listed is explicitly prohibited.
WebCams
We do not allow webcams.
If you abuse our services, we reserve the right to cancel your account. Please do not spam to get business, please do not promise things to your customer that you cannot provide.
Transfer
We reserve the right to ask you to move your site if your site takes up more than a fair share of the server resources. This can include excessive use of cgi resources, system resources, or excessive use of bandwidth. One way to help is to not allow people to link to your graphics or sound files. That can add up fast and take up bandwidth before you know it. We have to be fair to the other thousands of users on our server so if you do take up a lot of resources, we will ask you to move. WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO HOST IMAGES HERE AND LINK TO THEM FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE.
Limitation of Liability
ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from our servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of our servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of your service. We will always do our best to keep things running smoothly and to ensure that your web experience is the best.
Refusal of Service
ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any account at any time and for any reason. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. reserves the right to change the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of the Acceptable Use Policy does not constitute consent.
All Sub-Networks and distributive hosting sites of ILoveJesus.org / Christian Web Host, Inc. must adhere to the above policies.
